Adjudicator's Choice Awards
POTENTIAL AWARD
Presented to the routine displaying the most potential
PRESENTATION AWARD
Awarded to the routine which combines music, props or theme to present a unique or otherwise outstanding presentation.
ENTERTAINING AWARD
Presented to a routine that the judges deem to be the most entertaining.
COSTUME AWARD
Presented to the routine whose costume display the suitability, creative concept and age appropriateness
CHOREOGRAPHY AWARD
Presented to the teacher with a routine showing an innovative and creative concept.
One plaque and a cash scholarship is awarded to a routine winning an Adjudicator's Choice Award and all participants will receive a ribbon.
Please Note: The above awards are chosen by the adjudicators and are not based on marks.
In the event of a tie for an overall award, the cash award will be divided amongst the winners. Winners must be present to accept their awards or have a designated representative pick up their awards. Flashdance will not assume the cost of shipping awards after the competition. All cash awards are awarded to the studio director or one of its representatives at the overall ceremonies.
Cash awards are subject to change in the event that less than 500 entries are entered in the competition.
