ENTRY POLICIES

All entries must be received in our office by the noted deadlines. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of Flashdance Inc. at an additional charge of $10.00 per entry. Entries are limited and some venues fill up quickly, so please submit your entries early to avoid disappointment. Studios may submit entries online but said entries will not be considered as accepted until full payment of entry fees is received by Flashdance Inc. You may call ahead to hold and reserve space for your selected venue but a deposit may be required to confirm your hold. Entries will be limited to approximately 220 per day.

To register for our 2012 locations, please download our registration form. We encourage you to use our simple Excel compatible registration form.

DANCE SOFTWARE GENERATED ENTRY FORMS

Studios are permitted to use their own customized computer generated entry forms as a substitute for Flashdance Entry Forms providing all information submitted by the studio contains the same information required by Flashdance. If using customized entry forms, each computer generated entry form must be attached to its own official signed entry form. Each solo, duet/trio, group, line or production will need an individual entry form. Please type or print the information clearly to avoid unnecessary errors or calls to the studio. If entry forms are illegible, they will be returned to the studio for verification so if at all possible, please submit a computerized or printed form showing all names and dates of birth for dancers. You may photocopy forms as needed. Please complete all areas of the entry form including song title.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Please mail all your entries together, along with your completed summary sheet in one large envelope so that we know we have all the entries coming from your studio. Teachers must sign the entry forms to indicate that they have read and understand the rules and will comply with them. By registering online it is understood that the studio directors accept this waiver as well.
